Do You Deliver Nationwide?
Yes, we deliver signs to anywhere in the UAE. The cost of delivery is included in the price of our signs, but we can provide a bespoke quotation if you contact us.
How Should I Send My Artwork?
We ask you to send artwork in a vectored format. All text should be converted to paths, as this is necessary if we don’t have your specific font. This could be a PDF, Illustrator or EPS file. If you don’t have artwork in a vectored format, we can convert it to the desired format for a small fee.
Can You Design Artwork?
Yes, if you don’t have artwork we can design it for you. We have a team of designers ready to create a bespoke design for any business. All you need to do is select a design package and provide us with a brief. Before finalising the design, we will send you proofs to confirm.
Do You Offer Sign Installation?
Yes, we are able to install signs. We have a team of installers nationwide ready to offering installation services throughout the UAE, even further afield if required. We offer the installation process from beginning to end.
Do You Offer Signage Advice?
Of course, we are happy to offer signage advice to any business that needs it. We can visit your location, discuss your requirements and offer bespoke advice. We take your budget and location into account.
How Long Until My Sign Arrives?
We work hard to make sure all signs arrive as soon as possible. If you order a simple board, you could have your sign within 24 to 48 hours. Of course, more complex signs - such as outdoor signs or illuminated signs - may take a little longer. We will let you know how long your sign will take to manufacture at the time of ordering.
Are Signs Long Lasting?
We know how important it is for signs to be long lasting, which is why we use high quality materials. We manufacture everything in the UAE and offer a no defect guarantee period of 12 months. However, you can expect your sign to last a lot longer than this.
Do Illuminated Signs Need Replacement Bulbs and Tubes?
Our illuminated signs use LEDs, which can last for up to 50,000 hours. This means that they won’t need replacing any time soon, not for at least 10 years.
